On March 11, Judge Robert Scola entered an Order dismissing a claim under the Helms-Burton Act. Gonzalez v. Amazon.com, Inc., No. 19-23988-Civ-Scola, 2020 WL 1169125 (S.D. Fla. Mar. 11, 2020). The Order resolves certain issues that are identical to those presented in American’s Motion to Dismiss. The Order is attached as Exhibit A."
