“NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Plaintiff, Javier Garcia-Bengochea, in the above named case, hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit the following: (i) the Order Granting Carnival Corporation’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 120) entered on July 9, 2020; (ii) the Order of Final Judgment (Doc. 121) entered on July 10, 2020; and (iii) all prior adverse orders (if any) subsumed within the final judgment.
